Online shopping in India has been raised rapidly since 2013 and customer like to know that who is best among flipkart and amazon. Flipkart.com is India's largest online shopping company. In 2010, people were not familiar with online shopping and they afraid to buy anything online. But now customers like to compare prices and other features online before buying. In this post, I will share my experience with two big online shopping companies, Flipkart.com and Amzon.in. I'll tell you which is best and why.
Flipkart- The company has been started by two friends with 4 lacks of investment and now Flipkart is India's largest online shopping. When Sachin and Binny started Flipkart, they were selling only books and now Flipkart has more than 100 different product categories.
Return Policy- I have returned one item and experience was not good. They return the money but took more than 10 days. Rating- 6/10

Amazon- Amazon is a world wide online shopping company, working in India since June 2013. Amazon launched in India without any big market campaign and in July 2013 , they announced to invest $2 billion in India. They have faced several legal issues including tax issue in Karnataka and they have to shut the Bengaluru warehouse.
Flipkart vs Amazon: Who is best?
If you ask me about my experience with both company, then I would like to rate both companies according to their services, price and return policy.
Amazon.in
Shipping- I was a happy customer of Amazon since October 2014. But after Deepawali Dhamaka Sale of Amazon, I was quite unhappy with their shipping time. I have spend more than Rs50,000 during this sale and ordered several products. Most disappointing thing is that they have not delivered few items till now, including a laptop. Rating- 6/10
Price- You will get unbeatable price on Amazon.in. I still shop with them because of low price in comparison to flipkart and others. Rating- 9/10
Return Policy- I have returned one item and experience was not good. They return the money but took more than 10 days. Rating- 6/10
Flipkart.com
Shipping- You will get your product within 3-4 days, very fast delivery! Rating- 9/10
Price- When it comes to price, you would like to shop with amazon. I have got same laptop Rs 6000 less on amzon.in. Amazon has less price of every item. Rating- 6/10
Return Policy- Amazing, returned few items and experienced was good. 8/10
I think now you know who is best among Flipkart and Amazon. If you need a product in less price and delivery time doesn't matter then go for Amazon.in but if you want your product in your hand within few days then spend few more bucks and shop with Flipkart.com.
