It took us seconds to set up the app and ask
“What is the capital of the Netherlands?”, and we were stunned by the speed at
which not one but two members of Ooloo staff gave us the correct answer:
“Amsterdam”. Next, we asked I “What’s the best restaurant near here?” and
because Ooloo shares your location with its team, we were given a nearby
recommendation only moments later. While some users may have privacy concerns
about the app requiring such permissions, we like the personal touch that Ooloo
offers -

can see the names of the staff who answer your questions, and you can also
provide feedback by rating their answers as ‘Awesome’, ‘Good’, or ‘Meh’. We
also found it refreshing that we were given only one, carefully considered
answer to our restaurant enquiry, rather than being overwhelmed with too much
choice.
