WikiTube is a brilliant extension
for Wikipedia addicts. It adds three relevant videos from YouTube to the top of
each article, saving you the trouble of having to visit the site and
search for them yourself. You can watch the videos instantly or click the plus
sign to view more.
Speed up your searches in Chrome
by installing this add-on, which lets you look u a word on a web page simply by
clicking it and holding your mouse button down for two seconds. Your search
results appear in a sidebar, with separate tabs for images, photos, news and
maps.
This clever add-on splits Chrome
into two windows. Right-click a link on the left and choose Open as NiftySplit
window’, then any other link you click on the left will open on the right. This
means you can open new pages without having to leave your current one or switch
between tabs.
When you have lots of tabs open,
their titles disappear. Veritabs solves this problem by displaying your tabs in
a vertical list on the left of your browser (or right, if you prefer), making
them easier to view and scroll through. Just drag your mouse to the left to
open the sidebar.
